Do I need a permit for an outdoor kitchen?
Usually yes when it includes gas, electrical or a covered structure. We coordinate permits, inspections and HOA approval.
How long does an outdoor kitchen take?
Most take four to eight weeks on site after design and permits, depending on the roof structure and utilities.
What materials hold up in Houston?
304 or 316 stainless appliances, masonry or block bases with stone or porcelain cladding, and light-colored pavers or concrete.
Do you offer financing?
