As our operations grew, we expanded our team, project-management resources, subcontractor and vendor network, material-sourcing relationships, and residential and commercial capabilities, leading to the launch of the Novara brand.

Multi-generational construction background. Our broader construction background spans more than 30 years through family experience in commercial construction, including warehouse and related building projects.

Integrated design-build coordination. Novara coordinates design, construction, engineering, independent state-licensed trade contractors, vendors, and professional partners through one organized project-management process. Where architecture or engineering is required, those services are performed by qualified professional partners — Novara does not hold plumbing, electrical, HVAC or architecture licenses.

Trusted crews & trade partners. We work with a combination of experienced team members, established subcontractors, independent state-licensed trade contractors, and trusted specialty vendors selected based on the requirements of each project.

Our proposals clearly define the project scope, pricing, selections, and known allowances. Any owner-requested changes or unforeseen conditions that affect scope or cost are documented and approved through a written change-order process before the additional work proceeds. Every project has a dedicated PM, weekly on-site walk-throughs, and a live portal for photos, decisions, and invoices.

General liability insured. Certificate of insurance available upon request. Novara does not hold plumbing, electrical, HVAC or architecture licenses — work requiring a state license is performed by independent, state-licensed trade professionals and licensed architects/engineers engaged for the project.
