About the work

Why residential at Novara

Most new construction in Houston is built to a price, not a standard. Framing shortcuts, minimum-code insulation, cheap flashing, and finish work that starts to unwind the day the punch list closes. We build to the standard our custom-home clients expect — on projects that don't necessarily carry a custom-home budget.

The value shows up in the envelope. Air-sealed, properly insulated, correctly flashed. That's what makes the difference between a house that runs cool and dry through a Gulf Coast summer and one that fights you every August. We spec the systems, oversee the install, and blower-door test before drywall.

On-your-lot builds, spec homes for developers, and full teardown-rebuilds — that's the range. One superintendent per project, a fixed schedule, and a written warranty when we hand you the keys.
